Andrea Tarbox

Andrea Tarbox has been a member of the Solo Brands Board of Directors since August 2021 and serves as its chair of the Audit Committee. Since December 2020, Ms. Tarbox serves as CFO and a member of the Board of Directors for Live Oak Acquisition Corp. II (NYSE: LOKB). Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Live Oak Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: LOAK), which consummated a business combination transaction with Meridian Holdings Group, Inc., a Georgia corporation d/b/a Danimer Scientific. The transaction closed in the fourth quarter of 2020. Prior to that, Ms. Tarbox served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of KapStone Paper & Packaging, or KapStone (formerly NYSE: KS), from 2007 until 2018. She played a significant role in KapStone’s sale to WestRock Company (NYSE: WRK). She has also previously served at Uniscribe Professional Services, Inc., Gartner Inc., British Petroleum, p.l.c., (NYSE:BP) and Fortune Brands, Inc. Ms. Tarbox began her career at Ernst & Young LLP where she became a certified public accountant. She earned a B.A. degree from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. from the University of Rhode Island.

Dolly Singh

Dolly Singh is a founding partner at Earth Partners, an investment firm working with climate-tech companies and founders who are building a fossil-free future for humanity. She is also the founder of Thesis Couture, a fashion-tech company. From 2019 to 2021, Ms. Singh was Head of Talent Innovation at ServiceTitan, a SaaS company democratizing the power of software for small business entrepreneurs. She has also previously served as Managing Director of Global Talent for Citadel and Citadel Securities and the Head of Talent at Oculus VR, a gaming and virtual reality technology company acquired by Facebook. From 2008 to 2013, Ms. Singh was the Head of Talent Acquisition at SpaceX, where she was responsible for talent across all engineering, operations, and business teams; and worked closely with the company CEO, Elon Musk to grow the company. From 2003 to 2008, she was the owner and managing principal at a boutique consulting firm with Fortune 100 clients in the aerospace, defense, and biotechnology sectors. Ms. Singh is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.

Wei Zhang

Wei Zhang is a global senior executive with extensive experience across media and entertainment, technology, ecommerce and digital sectors. Ms. Zhang is currently a senior advisor to Alibaba Pictures, having served as President of the organization from 2014 to 2021, leading global operations since its formation. Prior to that, Ms. Zhang was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Alibaba Group, where she worked in strategic investment and M&A, corporate strategy and social responsibility roles. From 2005 to 2008, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of News Corporation — Star China. She has also previously served as a Managing Director of CNBC China at NBCUniversal and held Senior Manager and Director positions at News Corporation, where she focused on business development roles. Ms. Zhang began her professional career with GE Capital in their Financial Management Program and joined Bain & Company as a Strategy Consultant in China following graduation with her MBA from Harvard Business School. She current serves on the Boards of Amblin Partners and Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission.

Minneola Ingersoll has worked as partner at TenOneTen, a Los Angeles venture capital fund investing in early-stage technology and enterprise software, since February 2019. Prior to that, Ms. Ingersoll was the chief operating officer at Code for America, a nonprofit organization whose goal is to address the gap between the public and private sectors in their effective use of technology and design. From January 2014 to July 2017, she served as the chief operating officer at Shift Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFT), an online platform for buying and selling automobiles. Since February 2021, Ms. Ingersoll has served as a director of Sparkplug, an incentive management platform for retail. From November 2019 to March 2021, Ms. Ingersoll served as a director of Strattic, a website hosting platform that optimizes WordPress websites for speed and security. Ms. Ingersoll received her B.S. from Stanford University and her M.B.A from Harvard University.

Trier Bryant is currently Co-Founder and CEO of Just Work LLC. Additionally, she advises leading companies like Atlassian, Equinox, Airbnb, SoundCloud, Alto, Rockefeller Foundation, and others on their talent and DEI strategies. Most recently, from March 2020 to January 2021, Ms. Bryant was the first Chief People Officer (CPO) at Astra, an aerospace company building low orbital rockets to launch a new generation of services to connect and improve life on earth. Prior to that, she was the VP of People and Workplace Experience at SigFig, a global FinTech company striving to empower everyone to achieve their financial goals with customer centric financial solutions. From 2016 to 2018, Ms. Bryant was the Global Head of Revenue, G&A (Corporate Functions), University, and Diversity Recruiting at Twitter. Before Twitter, Ms. Bryant held roles at Goldman Sachs, including VP of Global Diversity Talent Acquisition. Ms. Bryant built her professional foundation as an officer in the United States Air Force across seven years of active duty service (2006-2013). She earned a B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy.
