Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. II is a special purpose acquisition company led by FinTech founder and venture capitalist Isabelle Freidheim, who serves as Chairman and CEO, and President Kirthiga Reddy, who brings deep experience in technology driven transformations. Anna Apostolova serves as CFO of the all-women SPAC, which is the third within the Athena family of SPACs. It follows Athena Technology Acquisition Corp., which was the first all-women SPAC to announce a business combination, and Athena Consumer Acquisition Corp., which closed on its public offering in October 2021. Freidheim also serves as Chairman of the Board for Athena Technology II, while Reddy is joined as a director by Sharon Brown-Hruska, Judith Rodin and Randi Zuckerberg.
Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. II is a blank check company whose business purpose is to effect a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses, which we refer to as our initial business combination. We have not selected any specific business combination target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, engaged in any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target with respect to an initial business combination with us.

Trier (tree-air) Bryant is the President of 82VS, Venture Studio of Alloy Therapeutic. 82VS collaborates with exceptional founders, entrepreneurs- and executives-in-residence, and biotech and pharma partners to develop new medicines by efficiently leveraging the capabilities of the Alloy ecosystem at large. She also co-founded the company Just Work with Kim Scott, NYT best selling author of Radical Candor and Just Work, to help organizations and individuals create more equitable workplaces.
Trier is a strategic executive with distinctive tech, Wall Street, and military experience spanning over 15 years and has been featured by Forbes, CNN, and SXSW, among others. Additionally, Trier has advised leading companies like Google, Atlassian, Equinox, Airbnb, SoundCloud, SYP, Rockefeller Foundation, and others on their talent and DEI strategies.
Trier built her professional foundation as an officer in the United States Air Force across seven years of active duty service as a network engineer supporting Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), and the detainee mission at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Trier earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering with a minor in Spanish and Leadership from the United States Air Force Academy where she played Division I volleyball.

Ms. Newhouse, an EY Entrepreneur of the year award winner, previously established the cyber espionage task force and worked for Colin Powell while in the US Army. Ms Freidheim co-founded FinTech company Magnifi and has a private equity and venture capital background.
